GuaBase does not mark up product prices shown in our purchase system. Taobao/Tmall front-end prices may include flash promotions, member prices, coupons, regional pricing, or account-specific offers, so displayed prices can differ slightly. The final product price is confirmed at the time of purchase.

Shipping times depend on destination, postal code, and customs processing. As a reference, our primary carrier SF International typically offers:

• SF Express (International Standard): ~5-10 business days
• SF Economy (International Economy): ~7-20 business days

Business days exclude pickup day, weekends, and public holidays.

Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.

Cross-border orders use a two-step payment flow:

1. Pay for the product and the seller's domestic shipping first.
2. Once items arrive at our warehouse, we measure and weigh the package; you then pay international shipping based on the final chargeable weight.

Carriers may apply surcharges (e.g., fuel or remote area fees) when required.

We support GuaBase Wallet balance, PayPal, and CoinPal (when available). CoinPal is billed in USD and includes a 1% handling fee.

Cancellation or refund depends on the purchase stage and seller's outcome. In many cases you can cancel before purchase; after purchase, refunds follow the seller's return/refund policy and processing time.
